Don SjaardaDon Sjaarda was admitted to the California State Bar in May 1979. He was also admitted to practice
before the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He was born and raised in California and graduated from Anaheim High School in 1969. After high school, he served
in the signal corps of the US Army for three years, primarily in Berlin, Germany. He attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where he was elected to Alpha Phi
Sigma Honor Society and graduated
with a Bachelor of Science Degree cum laude in December 1974. |

He attended Pepperdine University School of Law, where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, graduating in December 1978 with a
Juris Doctor Degree. While in law school, Don Sjaarda was employed and trained as a bodily injury claims adjuster at Kemper Insurance. As an attorney, Don Sjaarda has represented plaintiffs exclusively in
litigated personal injury cases. |

Don Sjaarda has considerable experience in personal injury cases, having obtained millions of dollars in trial verdicts, arbitration awards and settlements for
his clients.
